Cancellation Policy

Please understand cancelling your appointment is a missed opportunity with you and a potential client to book with me during that time slot. Respectfully for these reasons a non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations/No-show policy: Cancellations without a 24 hour notice or no-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to make another deposit to re-book. Clients are able to reschedule their appointment one time 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time. Late Policy: Clients are given a 15 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and the client will forfeit their deposit. *No children allowed. *Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
